Explaining and Execution of the new KPI system

In March, a training with the topics „Performance Appraisal System for Staffs“ and „Performance Appraisal System for different Departments“ was held in Sedant, so that the new performance appraisal system could be carried out sucessfully.
A good foundation of the KPI system should be laid so that performance appraisal could be better carried out. The two departments, HR and Planning&Operation prepared the training materials and organized the training for the functional departments in the headquarter. A team was built to explain the new performance appraisal system in Sedant’s subsidiary companies, so that the staffs could understand the new system better. The training for Wuxi Mingda in Jiangsu Province was held via telephone.
Pressure should be conducted so that the performance appraisal system could work effectively. This training reached the middle managers and above in Sedant, explained the performance appraisal system und promoted the understanding of the system from the employees in Sedant.
