In spite of the complicated economic situation in 2015 we achieved gratifying results. Sedant auotomobile sales service companies, the Imperial Palace Real Estate project, apt Group, Flouress plant and Sedant Roba have carried out operation innovation to search breakthrough. However, we also experienced serious challenges because of the whole macro economic downturn in 2015. We summarized the performance we got from the last three five-year plans and are full of confidence to make the fourth five-year plan and keep fast development of core businesses to achieve diversified development of holding group. The enterprises have to survive in business development no matter under what kind of market circumstances and they need to have clear and correct strategic targets, business models, industry layout and product structure. We must stay focused on the targets and take longer view to achieve the mid-term and long-term steady development. All the Sedant staff is very excited about the concept of “Strategic Guidance and Innovative Development”.

In 2015, all the indicators of Sedant hit a new record high on business operation. The real estate business reached a turnover of more than 1.8 billion RMB and devoted to building production line. The automobile sales division not only achieved revenue of more than 800 million RMB, but also developed new business with industry chain driven advantages. In terms of financial investments, we successfully acquired apt Group and achieved a breakthrough of capital operation. The environmental technology protection division has established cooperative relationships with domestic famous real estate developers. Besides, our Flouress flour plant went into production and would supply green and safe food.

The page of 2015 is turned over. We will face unprecedented opportunities and challenges in 2016. China is building entrepreneurial and innovative economy. All business logic will be reconstructed. The traditional enterprises will develop according to the new business logic for transformation. Sedant will base on its own situation and continue to build core competence, control risk and operate business steadily, promote innovative transformation and business model.
