Conclusion and Awarding Celebration Meeting of Sedant 2014

It is the 15th anniversary of Sedant this year. On December 30 to 31, 2014, hundreds of employee representatives of Sedant gathered in Beijing, concluded the fruitful results of 2014, and outlooked the new journey of 2015.

The congress held by CUI Yongtao, the vice president. WANG Bing, FU Hua, SUN Haidong, LV Liangang, MA Gang, PEI Chunshan, ZHAN Ge, SUN Dongliang, WANG Xiudong, WANG Zhongqiu and WANG Yanfeng etc. attended the meetings. The former deputy mayor of Langfang was invited to attend the evening celebration party.

The meeting of reporting on activities of each functional departments was held on December 30.

In the morning, the personnel in charge of each functional department made the reports on the topic of "Conclusion of 2014, planning of 2015". The Chairman and the vice-president made the comments on the reports respectively, and made suggestions on the plans of 2015.

In the afternoon, the meeting on the annual operating plan of 2015 was hosted by Mr. FU Hua, the vice president. The persons in charge of the each functional department put forward their own views and opinions respectively, and made discussion and learned with each other.

The meeting of conclusion of 2014 and planning of 2014 was held on December 31.

In the morning, each department made the report on "work conclusion of 2014 and annual business plan of 2105" separately. In the 2014 annual work summary, the chairman and the vice-president in charge made the comments on the achievement of each department, and also pointed out the disadvantage. In the outlook of 2015, each department set the annual business goals and strategies, based on the industry environment analysis and the macroeconomic situation. After hearing each group's report, the chairman and vice President in charge gave their comments respectively.

At 2:00PM, the conclusion and Awards ceremony of Sedant 2014 commenced. All the Participants of the meeting view the featurette of "Conclusion of Sedant 2014"which showed the development and achievement of Sedant in 2014.

Then, Mr. WANG Xudong, the chairman of Sedant, gave a lecture in the name of "Adhering to Structural Adjustment to Promote Transformation and Upgrading of Growth, building New Model of Combination of the Industry and Capital", which made a conclusion of the achievement, development and some deficiencies of Sedant. Meanwhile, the report also explained the plan in 2015 and also the strategy subject of 2015-2020. Mr. Wang encouraged all the members of Sedant to work together with eternal passion, and create a brighter tomorrow.

At about 4:20PM, the persons in charge of each functional department signed the 2015 annual business tasks and KPI contract with the President and vice president in charge.

Some teams, including sales department of Langfang real estate, sales department of Langfang Automobile, etc., and personnel including PAN Wanliang from Langfang real estate, GE Pengyu from the holding were awarded. NIU Hualing, the deputy general manager of Langfang Mobile department was awarded the "Chairman's Special Praise" for outstanding achievements.
